Why have you chosen this one?

The 1-3-1 framework is one problem, three possible solutions and one chosen solution. Tell me why you chose that one.

I want people around me to be empowered and have agency. At least they have thought about three ways to solve the problem, made a choice and explained their reasoning.

If the failure is cheap, I want to allow them to try their choice. A mistake can be the cost of learning. Giving people that room is part of giving them agency.
