The desire to learn

We can learn almost anything now. There's so much content available through NotebookLM, Gemini, other large language models and YouTube.

But none of these technologies can give you the desire to learn. That has to come from you.

It makes me think of Schopenhauer's idea, quoted by Einstein: “Man can do what he wants, but he cannot will what he wills.”

So where does the desire to learn come from?
